Shipping & returns

 

No Simple shoe return policy can cover all the possible situations that may come up. The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, here are your options for a return:

 

The purchaser has 30 days to return any product from the date of purchase. Items can be returned to our retail location in Hammond, La or shipped back to us at:

303 W. Minnesota Park Rd, Hammond, La 70403.

 

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid for by the purchaser. In the case of an exchange, Perfectly Fit will pay shipping costs for the exchanged product.    

 

Full Refund

For a full refund, the item/items must be in new, re-sellable condition with the original box and packaging. No exceptions. The refund will be returned in the original payment form which was used at purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Store Credit or Exchange

We are happy to exchange or swap out your shoe up to 30 days if the shoe is simply not working for you. Shoes that show visible wear and cannot be sold as new are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Please contact us at 985-350-1348 and we will assist you in getting a credit or replacement.

 

Defective shoes

Defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear does not fall under our defective product policy. Please contact us about our procedures for defective merchandise at 985-350-1348 or stop by our retail location at: 303 W. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise through our online store and in-store. Customers cannot redeem Perfectly Fit gift cards for cash or credit. Perfectly Fit cannot replace lost, stolen, or altered cards.
